Sprinkler Maintenance
Sprinkler systems are the most effective means of life and property protection available. Fire sprinkler protection is required in all kinds of buildings: schools, office buildings, theatres and industrial premises.
To complement our provision of dry and wet riser maintenance, we also maintain sprinkler systems in both commercial and residential buildings. Within commercial properties, the British standard BS EN 12845:2015 is used. In special circumstances, some of our systems are designed and installed to NFPA 13 and FM Global standards. Within domestic properties, the British standards are BS 9251:2014 for residential sprinklers and BS 8458:2015 for residential and domestic mist sprinkler systems.
We deliver servicing, repairs and maintenance to all fire sprinkler systems, offering 12-month maintenance agreements which include a 24-hour emergency call-out facility. Bespoke service agreements can be tailored to suit your needs.
